Leading convenience food manufacturer Greencore needed a video production that documented their Direct to Store service. DTS is an operation conducted on a massive scale, providing individual stores across the country with packaged food on a daily basis. For this production, the use of aerial filming with our drone was essential in order to highlight the scale of their Staffordshire distribution facility in Tamworth and also to capture some of their day-to-day operations.

Built up areas such as industrial estates can be restrictive to drone flying due to weight-based separational distances set by the Civil Aviation Authority. However, our experience and thorough planning allowed us to deliver a bank of imagery despite a challenging environment, which helped the overall video production meet its brief.

As well as capturing the scale of the facility, we worked with the Greencore logistics team to arrange the filming of a delivery lorry in action. This we filmed both arriving the leaving the location, as well as within the loading bays, putting a spotlight on key areas of the DTS process that often go unseen.
